These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of GuestBook Pro ("the Service"). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Service.

What the Service is
GuestBook Pro is a self-serve, browser-based tool that lets you build a digital welcome guide for a short-term rental property and export it as a shareable digital file and a print-ready PDF. The Service is provided "as is": it is a content-creation tool, not a booking, property-management, or guest-communication platform, and it does not guarantee any particular outcome for your listing, bookings, or guest reviews.
Purchase and billing
GuestBook Pro is sold as a one-time purchase. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card details. There is no subscription and no recurring charge for the core product. Prices are shown in USD and may change for future purchases, but the price you pay at checkout is the price you owe.
Access and delivery
After a successful purchase, you receive a personal access link by email. That link is your permanent access to the builder tool. You are responsible for keeping that link reasonably private, since it is not tied to a password or account login. If you lose your link, contact us from the email address used at checkout and we will resend it.
Your content and data
The welcome-guide content you create (property details, Wi-Fi credentials, door codes, house rules, and similar information) is created and stored in your own browser, not on our servers. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of that content and for exporting and backing up your own files. See our Privacy Policy for details on what limited data we do collect.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only to create welcome guides for properties you own, manage, or are authorized to represent. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the Service itself.
Guarantee and refunds
We offer a 14-day guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are unable to get your welcome guide built in that window, contact info@nexar-digital.com: we will first try to help you finish it, and if we cannot, we will refund your purchase. Refund requests outside this window are considered case by case and are not guaranteed.
No affiliation
GuestBook Pro is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or any other listing platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific business result will follow from using it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexAR Capital LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost bookings, lost revenue, or guest disputes.
Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
