When you purchase, our payment processor Stripe collects your payment details and email address. We receive your email address and order information from Stripe so we can send your access link and provide support. We do not see or store your card details.
The content of your welcome book — Wi-Fi passwords, door codes, house rules, anything you type into the builder — is created and edited in your browser, on your device. It is not sent to or stored on our servers. Your exported files belong to you and stay with you.
We use Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email delivery) and Render (website hosting). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.
We send transactional emails related to your purchase (access link, receipts, support replies). We do not sell or share your email address for marketing by third parties.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you (your email and order records) by writing to info@nexar-digital.com.
